Providence Health & Services RN Manager - Immediate Care Clinic Scholls in Tigard, Oregon
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse Manager - Immediate Care Clinic (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Medical Group Immediate Care Scholls Clinic in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.
Develop and foster a culture of compassion, clinical excellence and timeliness across all care teams to ensure the best patient experience.
Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
Manage the financial viability of the clinic and optimize day-to-day clinic operations for maximum productivity and staff
Be responsible for the oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
Supervise clinical quality standards, ensuring state and federal compliance and that clinical staff patient care services are provided in an efficient and safe manner that is consistent with clinical best practices.
Participate in Providence Medical Group (PMG) special projects, committees or task forces as requested to improve overall PMG initiatives.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) -or- Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN) plus 3 years of recent RN supervisory experience in lieu of a BSN degree
Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
3 years of demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
Previous clinic management experience
