Providence is calling a TeleHealth Product Manager to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position, you will:
Be responsible to partner with business and clinical leaders to plan, develop and execute the strategy for assigned TeleHealth products.
Represent TeleHealth within the organization and broader community with payors, professional organizations and other internal/external customers.
Lead all phases of the product development cycle from idea through business case, design, development, pilot, launch and evaluation/measurement.
Serve as an internal and external expert for the product offering(s) you develop, and have a deep knowledge of the market and customer environment as well as the internal processes and teams needed in developing, implementing and supporting the product.
Increase the value of existing TeleHealth products as well as define and develop new ones, including leading clinical transformation initiatives that result in new innovative care delivery models.
Understand and engage all organizational functions involved with the product for it to be successful, leading cross-functional team(s) that includes members from clinical delivery, operations, finance, sales, marketing, contracting, legal, regulatory and IS.
Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
Required qualifications for this position include:
3-5 years of product management, project management, program management, product marketing or product development experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Healthcare industry experience
TeleHealth, TeleMedicine and/or digital health experience
Training in Change Acceleration Process, Workout, Lean, Workflow engineering or other change management methodologies
