ProvidenceSt. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst ineither of the following locations: Renton/ Seattle/Spokane WA, Burbank/Irvine/Torrance CA or Beaverton/PortlandOR.
We are seeking an experienced analyst to focus on current and future talent acquisition
(TA) systems that enable our caregivers across multiple brands to attract and
hire the most qualified talent.
This position provides business analysis, technical consultation and support to TA
for their system and technology needs across Providence St. Joseph and its
affiliates. The Sr. Analyst maintains “expert” status in the recruitment
systems and procedures.
The Sr. Analyst is a highly collaborative, analytical and systems savvy individual
who provides consultative expertise and oversight of recruiting systems and
processes. This role will focus on Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) systems enhancements, optimizations,
upgrades, as well as, implementation of new technologies and integration with other
existing systems. Furthermore, this role acts as a liaison for the TA Integrated
Systems team with TA teams and business partners, enterprise applications, HR
Information Systems (HRIS), onboarding, and external TA vendors.
scope of work includes, but is not limited to: development, implementation,
management, training and monitoring of TA information systems. Actively
participates in creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades
and new configurations. This position identifies, designs and conducts
quantitative and qualitative analysis of system wide talent acquisition and
human resources related data.
Partner with TA Integrated Systems Manager to deliver complex cross-functional projects
in order to meet and exceed scope, cost and schedule; acts as a subject matter
expert (SME) for all TA systems/modules, actively participates in optimization
by driving the definition and organization of business requirements and other
user requests; proactively eliminates bottlenecks and balances the business
needs versus technical constraints; identifies, assesses, tracks and helps
mitigate or avoid issues and risks at multiple levels; creates, maintains and
disseminates project information to stakeholders.
Partner with TA Integrated Systems Manager to enhance and optimize Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) systems including
automation, configurations, correspondences/notifications, custom fields,
integrations, workflows, etc.; collaborate to gather and validate systems
requirements based on business and department needs; evaluate and prepare system
optimizations; partner with HRIS and Enterprise Application teams on
configurations and integrations between HR and TA systems; proactively
configure systems based on business drivers and day-to-day systems
optimization; consult, design, implement and provide solutions and
efficiencies; ensure TA systems meet all data privacy, compliance and
Drive effective business requirement gathering, communication, collaboration and
commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities; build consensus on
operational and technical decisions, while delivering high quality results;
increase the productivity of internal teams by suggesting design and workflow
improvements and fixes; configurations to optimize evolving recruiting needs
Provides consultation and support to TA leadership and staff for Providence St. Joseph
Health and affiliates/ministries. Perform all duties in a manner that reflects
the Providence St. Joseph Health mission, philosophy, and core values.
The primary job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Functions as a subject matterexpert (SME) for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and MarketingAutomation (MA) systems as well as actively participates in theiroptimization to ensure efficient operations, processing, report generationand to enhance candidate/customer experience
Drives the definition andorganization of business requirements including process workflows and userscenarios/stories for CRM and MA system change requests
In partnership with teammates,develops and conducts ongoing system wide recruiter and customer trainingassociated with technology and process changes
Functions as the CRM and MAsystems expert, managing talent acquisition help tickets to ensure timelyissue resolution
Acts as a resource for systemand design questions for all existing and proposed CRM and MA systems
Develops and works with theemployment brand team to communicate system changes
Works with local, regional andsystem leadership and project teams to identify, design, test andimplement new systems or improvements to existing systems and associatedprocedures
Investigates, resolves, andperforms follow up tasks on process and system related problems
Executes testing to validatesystem fixes are complete, accurate, and function as designed; updatingprocess documentation and supporting materials in a timely manner
Responsible for integrity ofsystem settings and data structure as the CRM and MA system administrator
Performsother duties as assigned
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in HumanResource Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, InformationSystems or a related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
Five years of experience withrecruitment Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM), Marketing Automation (MA) or HR systems
Five years of experience withthe design, development, implementation or optimization of systems acrossthe software development lifecycle; experience consulting on technologysolutions, and building business requirements and process improvement
Five years of experience inproject management and leading cross-functional projects and or/systemsimplementations, optimizations, or upgrades in a large company with 5000employees
Two years of experiencedeveloping reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficientknowledge of relationship databases and business intelligence systems
Intermediate to advanced Microsoftapplications experience such as: Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint,SharePoint, Word, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of projectmanagement methodology
Ability to write technical andprocess flow documentation to support training for recruitment staff andcustomers
Ability to prioritize andorganize short-term and long-term responsibilities in response to changingdemands; must meet tight deadlines and meeting schedules
In-depth knowledge of Human Resourcespolicies and procedure
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Avature or other related CRM (Dynamics, Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, etc.) experience
Avature or other CRM System Administrator certification
Marketing Automation (MA) systems experience (Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emma, etc.)
Other HR, TA, Sales or Marketing systems and solutions experience – video interviewing, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, etc.
Knowledge of HTML and writing basic SQL
