Providence Health & Services Program Manager, Marketing (Email) in Portland, Oregon
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Program Manager- Marketing (Email) to our location in Portland, OR, with potential opportunity for full time remote work.

Develops and manages comprehensive, cross-program campaign calendar to monitor frequency of contact and progression of messaging.
Manage email lists and email campaigns including content development, segmentation, build email content in template, launch campaigns, track, measure and report
Own process for execution and on-time delivery of complex, highly dynamic email campaigns.
Develop and execute new email marketing initiatives especially automation, welcome series, re-engagement
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Manage ongoing optimization of programs by designing and implementing comprehensive, measurable A/B and multivariate testing plans.
Monitor, track and report all e-mail marketing campaigns (including open rates, conversion etc.) and develop test campaigns to leverage new initiatives and increase conversion
Manages data-driven analysis and reporting of campaign and overall channel performance, including funnel performance, conversion metrics and segment analysis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Five (5) years’ experience in communications or marketing is required
• Three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically working to develop a consumer engagement strategy through email.
• Experience will preferably be with an integrated health care delivery system but not required.
