Providence is calling an ITM Program Manager to Providence Health & Services PSJH in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a ITM Program Manager to partner with other members of the Integrated Talent Management team to develop and implement Providence’s talent strategies, practices, and programs. As part of the overall ITM, the PM is the owner of a specific ITM program(s), driving ongoing cyclical management of the program, continuous improvement and program enhancements.
The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes Providence mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization. As a key member of the Integrated Talent Management Team, the PM will partner with others to promote Providence’s brand as an organization that develops talent.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Contributes to the system-level Talent Management and Learning strategies to ensure that vision translates into practical actions that drive tangible results.
Drives complex programs in areas related to talent management and learning (e.g. performance and development, succession management, talent analytics, assessment, etc.) in partnership with the Director, Caregiver Development.
Provides on-going cyclical complex program management for an initiative(s) that includes program management, design, implementation, change management, communications, and evaluation.
Drives continuous improvement through the incorporation of modifications to the program based on implementation experience, feedback and evaluation data. Continuously striving for maximum impact, repeatability/scalability, value and outstanding results.
Work with ITM consultant team and operations team to ensure alignment of core programs, and strategies for delivery. Conducts research in support of ITM programs and initiatives
Collaborates with HR and ITM partners on system-wide and region-specific talent management program planning and implementation.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field
Exceptional project/program management skills with ability to organize, execute, and provide guidance to project team members.
Demonstrated ability to act with a systems mindset, utilizing strategic thinking and excellent communication/influential skills, strong collaboration and client support orientation.
High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency – action oriented.
Consultative skills and ability to work with a range of HR Business Partners and leaders in order to identify solutions that address talent needs.
Handles conflict immediately and effectively and is respectfully direct to achieve a positive result.
Experience presenting to senior level leaders.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Facilitation and presentation skills – persuasive and effective communicator.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree
