Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an IS Business Analyst PSJH to our location in Renton, WA; Redmond, WA; Portland, OR; Beaverton, OR; Irvine, CA or Anchorage, AK.
TEO Program Operations is in the midst of a series of massive deployment modernization programs, implementing a once in a career series of programs to modernize Providence Information Technology. In order to accomplish this, Providence is recruiting an IS Business Analyst who will play a key role in developing and maintaining Client Engineering processes and tools. Responsibilities also include: providing analytic support, reporting and day to day operational support for all TEO Program Operations deployment modernization programs, assisting the Director in identifying and solving TEO Program Operations customer service issues and needs, meeting SLAs established between TEO Program Operations and business units through effectively managing work queues, support communications, training, and tools including updating policies and procedures and auditing compliance of PPMO operations. This individual will also need to be comfortable working on projects through all phases and in accordance with established direction and standards while also being able to communicate effectively across diverse groups and keep management informed appropriately, all the while living Providence’s core values. In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide routine qualitative and quantitative analysis of data and information collected as part of requirements gathering, issue resolution, or compliance auditing.
Participate in/support small projects involving applications, tools, templates, workflows, and process design.
Ability to capture business needs, requirements, and complete gap analysis.
Provide routine compliance audit reporting.
Share Operation's communications and provides tool and procedure training.
Support PPMO tools, policies, and procedures including application support, actively participating in routine improvement projects, and maintaining documentation.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Field, -OR- equivalent education/experience.
1 year relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Field.
2-5 years experience in business analytics.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1 years’ experience drafting process documentation for large enterprise scale projects.
Previous experience with process improvement toolsets such as Six Sigma
Some previous data analysis background with SQL databases and the Microsoft PowerBI platform
