HRIS Analyst - (Remote)
This position is fully remote and can sit in any Providence approved state location in the US.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed HRIS Analyst who will be accountable for providing recruitment application system support. This includes user management, administrative management, system updates, system maintenance, general system troubleshooting and the on-going development of our CRM. They will manage and provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues, manage basic configurations, and collaborate with the vendor directly on complex configurations.
The HRIS Analyst will have strong attention to detail, critical analysis, organizational and problem-solving skills. They will demonstrate a high commitment to quality and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position reports to the Operations Supervisor and is expected to work collaboratively across all areas of the organization to manage our technology related business needs.

Essential functions in this position include:
Streamline user experience and ensure CRM system meets our business needs
Seek to understand and deliver on the functional needs of the users
Provide exceptional customer service; builds partnerships with users and key stakeholders
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Two years of experience in similar technology roles
Experience with ATS / CRM or HRIS systems, user support and training, system management and optimization
Strong experience in project and process management skills
Preferred Qualifications for this position include:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Experience with CRM management in Avature or Microsoft Dynamics
