Providence Health & Services Hospice Aide CNA in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Hospice CNA Aide (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Cedar Hills Home Services in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
- Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provide supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according tothe individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current State of Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire
Staff that provides services in the State of Washington must have a WA CNA License
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Driving record consistent with GOP Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix at time of hire
2 years of experience (exception would be a nursing student with current CNA)
Experience using electronic medical record software
In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-Oregon (OR), a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties
Employees providing services in the State of Washington must pass the Washington Access To Criminal History (WATCH) background check
