Providence Intermediate Care Unit North is a recently renovated 12 bed adult Intermediate Care Unit with all private rooms. All of the rooms on ICF are outfitted with the latest bedside physiological equipment to provide continuous monitoring. While advancing the art and science of nursing in a patient-centered, healing environment, you’ll embody what total care truly means. Here, nurses are not simply valued—they’re invaluable. Performs basic activity and life enrichment functions and other duties under the direction and supervision of the recreational activity manager.
Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care Certified Nursing Assistant 1 or 2 course
Active and unencumbered license in the state of Oregon as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider
Valid Driver's License
Driving record within Providence Health and Services (PHS) Driving Policy
In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is needed for this position
One (1) year experience with children in health care setting -OR- recreational setting
- One (1) year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant 1 or 2
