Providence is calling a Behavioral Health Clinical Manager to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist with strong clinical and interpersonal skills and a desire to mentor adn lead Behavioral Health Providers across Providence Oregon Primary Care clinics. This opportunity also offers the ability to be proactive in training clinics to have an embedded behavioral health provider.

In this position, you will:
Provide oversight of the Behavioral Health Providers in primary and specialtycare settings across Oregon, including clinical performance and maintaining standards of care.
Partner with the Clinical TrainingDirector regarding clinical training programs.
Monitor and coach the performance of 20 direct reports, to develop and maintain a high performance team that meets department and organizational goals.
Partner with Director of Psychology regarding budget development, regular monitoring, accountability and meeting of all operational targets for all areas within span of control.
Partner with Director of Psychology on alternative payment methodologies that promote financial sustainability and align with population health goals.
Provide/Organize trainings for direct reports as appropriate.
Represent the department of Psychology by building internal and external relationships, as well as, participating on workgroups/committees as appropriate.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current license as a psychologist in the State of Oregon
Advanced clinical experience inbehavioral healthcare including evaluation, diagnosis and intervention ofpsychiatric and substance use disorders
5 years of experience working ina healthcare setting
Experience supervisingother professionals or currently participating in a professional leadershipdevelopment program
