Provider Solution & Development (PS&D) is calling a Brand Specialist - Net Development and Paid Media to our location in Portland, OR.

PS&D is a company that relies heavily on market research and consumer understanding. We’re searching for an experienced marketing specialist to join our expanding marketing team. Our ideal candidate has the ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development. You should feel comfortable working independently with heavy research, and collaborating with consumers and a cross-functional team to ensure powerfully informative insights are collected.
In this role, the Brand Specialist will support of the execution of our paid media strategy. This role will have a focus on our paid strategies for both our B2C and B2B targets.
In this position you will:
Obtain a thorough understanding of our brand and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
Assist in execution of the paid marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels.
Develop creative needed for the various channels or platforms determined in the overarching media strategy and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
Take part in the development of the next phase of our targeted strategy that will focus on driving awareness around healthcare systems. This will be inclusive of determining key channels and content that will bring awareness and differentiate us in the market place.
Develop marketing tools to support our Sales team for all B2B needs.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with special focus on psychographics and trends to understand how marketing activity turns into customers.
Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed.
Conduct any research needed to help refine strategy.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5 years experience with marketing, advertising, paid media or digital agency
2 years experience experience in network development, media and/or project management in healthcare setting
Proven record of successful campaign development and management across multiple channels and mediums
Experience with integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of market research and data analytics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and our content management system (CMS).
Must have a strong analytical and quantitative skill set combined with a strength to analyze data, interpret and translate results to produce actionable changes.
Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment and desire to challenge status quo. Proven track record collaborating with internal parties and external agencies.
Knowledge of B2B marketing a plus.
