Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Telehealth Partnerships & Business Development Director PSJH to our locations OR, WA or CA.
We are seeking a Telehealth Partnerships & Business Development Director PSJH who shall contribute to the overall top-line growth for Providence St. Joseph Health’s Telehealth business and ongoing satisfaction of its customers. It is imperative for the successful candidate to understand the alignment of mission, values, and philosophy of Providence St. Joseph Health. You will serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.
This will primarily be achieved through responsible sales growth. Telehealth products available to external customers currently include TeleStroke, TeleNeurology, TeleEEG, TeleICU, TeleHospitalist, TelePsychiatry, Behavioral Health Concierge and several more in development. These products support both our internal PSJH mission and shared quadruple aim goals as well as external hospitals/health systems. This role will be accountable for completing new market assessments, new and existing client sales, and messaging the overall value of the contracted services.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Drive growth of the Telehealth business by developing and implementing sales management strategies across the US.
Anticipate key business, marketplace and competitor dynamics. Develop and implement sales strategies and explore cost saving opportunites that ensure growth and mitigate risk.
Influence and/or lead decision makers, providers, peers, regional stakeholders and other business lines to enhance processes and systems to meet customer need and sales/account management targets.
Work collaboratively with other business segments on sales, distribution, product & pricing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Function as an escalation point to customers regarding Telehealth services and operational matters.
Lead strategic account/sales meetings to review the ongoing effectiveness and customer satisfaction for Telehealth services
Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Must be able to lead, develop, demonstrate and communicate a deep understanding of the Providence St Joseph Telehealth sales process, delivery process, and long term strategic plan.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business or equivalent education/experience.
7 years healthcare industry sales experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
5 years middle to senior leave account management/sales experience with preferences in healthcare or health technology.
4 years telehealth experience, understanding the competitive landscape and new business opportunities
