Senior Marketing Strategist

Our Senior Marketing Strategists create and deliver comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies, targeted campaigns and tactics to attract and engage prospects, candidates, and qualified applicants. The Sr. Marketing Strategist works closely with Talent Consulting Directors, vendors and other internal stakeholders to ensure that strategies deliver expected results, and is an active participant in the execution of the TA recruitment marketing budget, monitoring marketing investments and tracking return on investment. This position can work 100% remotely.

In this position you will:

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate those into insights and marketing strategies (paid and owned).

  • Develop differentiated positioning leveraging the overall brand guidelines, audience insights, and value proposition.

  • Identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build demand and efficiently attract low and high availability candidates.

  • Partner closely with agency and media partners to execute strategy and creative/communications.

  • Oversee campaign landing pages and owned channels, working with vendors to optimize and suggest improvements.

  • Partner closely with the recruiting team to align workstreams and ensure that all marketing activities are complimentary


Required qualification:

  • 8 years Relevant work experience in marketing strategy and execution

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

  • 3 years experience in recruitment marketing
