Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Azure DevOps Program Manager to work remotely within our footprint states: AK, CA, MT, OR, TX and/or WA.
We are seeking an Azure DevOps Program Manager who will have a strong technical background and in-depth industry experience in the hardware, software, and services aspects of Client and Cloud data Management. The Azure DevOps Program Manager will balance technical and business objectives, team and individual growth opportunities and will work closely with the Development team to manage data releases, production support services and should be able to answer various data questions that might come up from the clients. The Azure DevOps Program Manager will manage the Data Service Engineering team in India who will be responsible for Data Releases and day to day production support and CDW maintenance.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Expertise in DevOps and CICD and hands on experience of Cloud service availability, latency, scalability, performance and efficiency and overall Cloud Computing Support.
Experience in monitoring release processes, safe deployments, performance optimization, capacity management, crisis response, resiliency engineering and similar concerns beyond pure functionality which are relevant to improving data reliability.
Experience in maintaining and executing build scripts to automate deployment and production builds.
Ability to drive triages and weekly meetings with offshore team in India.
Ability to manage and maintain Cloud Data Warehouse (CDW).
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
4 years experience with applying process improvement, change management methods and/or developing programs.
2 years advance knowledge in SQL and Database Functions.
2 years experience working in Azure Cloud Environment.
2 years advance knowledge in CICD and Azure DevOps.
1 year advance knowledge in Release Management.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Ability to lead/manage others.
Demonstrates a high commitment to quality.
Quickly troubleshoots and resolves problems
