Providence Health & Services Payer Yield Administrative Coordinator PSJH *Telecommute* in Oregon


Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Payer Yield Administrative Coordinator PSJH to work remotely within our footprint states: AK, CA, MT, NV, OR, TX and/or WA.

We are seeking a Payer Yield Administrative Coordinator PSJH who will provide expert coordination and facilitation in support of Payer Yield executive leadership. The role coordinates special projects as assigned, often working with confidential materials. This Coordinator must have strong computer, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to balance and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly under minimal supervision.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinates planning and scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas and other meeting materials, and writing/distributing meeting minutes. Tasks may also include reserving conference rooms, coordinating schedules and ordering catering and equipment, as needed.

  • Document, spreadsheet and presentation preparation/editing in MS Office programs as directed by the Director, Operational Support or other Payer Yield executive leadership.

  • Coordinates onboarding of new department employees for Payer Yield executive leaders.

  • Understands and facilitates activities related to budget records, requisition and invoice processing, and supply chain requests.

  • Assists with researching resources needed for questions coming into Payer Yield executive leadership.

  • Coordinates travel planning and expense reconciliation for Payer Yield executive leadership.

  • Coordinates other Payer Yield cross-vertical activities as assigned.

  • May assist with development and publication of a Payer Yield caregiver newsletter and SharePoint site administration.

  • Assumes responsibility for evaluating and recommending improvements of the functions within span of responsibility.

  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple responsibilities and to shift priorities quickly, in an accurate manner, amidst an environment of constant interruption and demands.

  • Identifies own learning needs. Attends in-services as required and as needed for personal/professional growth.

  • Acts as communication liaison between Payer Yield leadership and caregivers as needed.

  • Assists with special projects as requested. May manage projects or research independently with minimal guidance or direction.

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in secretarial/administrative assistant duties.

  • Demonstrated written communication skills.

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Highly thorough and dependable.

  • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadline.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
