Providence Learning Developer PSJH in Oregon
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Learning Developer PSJH. This position works 100% remotely so candidates may reside in either Washington or Oregon.
We are seeking an innovative Learning Developer who is responsible for creating engaging interactive eLearning courses, editing and publishing video, recording voice over, and architecting learning journey pathways in Degreed; our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that provides personalized online learning experience using AI.
The Developer will utilize innovative approaches and best practices in instructional design and adult learning, prepare course for localization, if needed, as well as ensure all learning content meets the Providence style guide and ADA/ACA policy requirements.
The Developer is also responsible for providing internal client consultation and may provide input on program evaluation and assessments.
In partnership with Providence SMEs, the Developer will create eLearning, microlearning, and associated learning assets utilizing Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise 360) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
The Developer must have strong (internal) customer service skills, be self-directed, and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Possess good problem-solving skills when providing technical support.
Required qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED in Liberal Arts.
2 years experience in learning management software (HealthStream preferred), database management products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
3 years experience developing eLearning programs using the latest learning programs.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Education (adult learning), Instructional Design, or related certifications or equivalent education/experience.
3 years experience in a multi-site healthcare environment.
