Providence Health & Services Senior Operations Manager - Medford in Medford, Oregon
Providence is calling a Senior Manager - Operations (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence General Administration in Medford, OR.
In this position, you will:
Provide on-going leadership and management to a group of clinics that are aligned within a specific program or programs to ensure geographically dispersed specialty clinics and ancillary services are aligned within Providence Medical Group (PMG).
Be responsible for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure the cost-effective and quality operations.
Work closely with program, hospital and PMG leadership to ensure that the integrity of program services across each respective Region remains sensitive to patients physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Advise senior leaders on strategic, administrative and operational matters.
Lead or participate in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree, preferably in business or related health care, or a combination of education and applicable work experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Driving record consistent with GOP Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix required at time of hire
5 years of leadership experience in medical group management, healthcare, or finance at a senior level. Must include experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment including:
clinic operations in either family practice or specialty clinics
risk management in a large medical group
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
Experience in an integrated delivery system as well as new practice and facilities development
