Providence is calling a Director of Surgical Services $15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS to Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
This position is also eligible for an individualized relocation plan to ease your transition into our system.

In this position, you will:
Be accountable for providing leadership and management direction to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Plan, coordinate and direct the clinical and administrative functions in accordance with Providence Health & Services (PH&S) and Surgical Services policies and goals.
Ensure a balance of optimal, achievable quality patient care, staff and physician satisfaction and coordination with other hospital departments.
Collaborate with PH&S Surgical Services leadership in developing division strategies, goals and objectives.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Oregon
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
5 years of management experience (2-3 years of which includes experience with managing daily operations, staffing and budgets in surgical services)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in business, nursing or related health fields
