Providence Health & Services Clinic Manager - Pulmonary & GI Clinics in Medford, Oregon
Providence is calling a Clinic Manager to our Pulmonary and GI Providence Medical Group clinics in Medford, OR.
In this position, you will:
Provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.
Ensure strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in Providence Medical Group (PMG)-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (business and/or healthcare related) -plus- 2 years of experience, -or-
4 years of equivalent work experience which includes management experience
Previous experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Previous clinic management experience
